Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on the specifics of our return and exchange policy.

 

When Order Is Delivered - Please review your order as soon as it is received to make sure you received what you requested and that the product is not damaged, defective, and/or incorrect.

Returns - Will be honored only within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of your order. All returned items must be in the same condition they were received, with original tags and labels attached. Boxed and bagged items can be opened, but all original packaging must be included in the return.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact us at customerservice@mydoggy.com and/or 315-753-0520 to alert us that you have an issue with your order. We will send you a confirmation email once you have done this.

To return the item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@mydoggy.com or call us at 315-753-0520. Then, send your item to: My Pet Enterprises, Inc., Attn: Returns, PO Box 15703, Philadelphia PA 19103

 

Restrictions

All sales are final on discounted items and they cannot be returned.
