Spring 2009 – IMPORTANT UPDATES
The flowers are blooming and we hope that you and your pets are enjoying what looks like the start
of a glorious spring! We wanted to bring to your attention the following changes at My Pet Enterprises,
Inc. that are important for you to be aware of:”
Customers in New York State: Starting immediately, we have been required to charge customers in
New York State sales tax on all purchases they make from My Pet Enterprises, Inc. This will be done
in compliance with all relevant regulations and rules issues by the New York State tax authority.
Information Regarding Our Peanut Butter Ingredients: Due to the recent peanut butter recall,
we contacted our vendor on the brand we use and they sent us an assurance letter from the manufacturer
that they were not affected by this. With these issues in mind, we want to reassure you that our
products are not part of the recalls and are fine for your pets to consume. Please feel free to contact
us with any additional concerns or questions about this matter.
Promotions – We have begun running promotions on a regular basis so please keep
an eye out for them in your regular mail or email. Or, even better, give us a call to
order and we’ll tell you about what promotions are running at that time!
New STANDARD SIZES for Ordering BULK My Doggy 3-in. or 6-in. Bones & My Doggy
Chips – You, our customers have spoken and we, wisely, have listened: we are now
offering the following standard sizes when ordering BULK My Doggy Bones & My Doggy Chips:
25-PACK of BULK 3-IN. BONES for $54.50
50-PACK of BULK 3-IN. BONES for $104.75
25-PACK of BULK 6-IN. BONES for $86.50
50-PACK of BULK 6-IN. BONES for $167.50
25-PACK of BULK CHIPS for $36.50
50-PACK of BULK CHIPS for $70.75
Ordering in bulk for our My Doggy Bones & Chips can be done in multiples of 25- or 50- Packs.
MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE CHANGE – Due to significant increases in shipping and
handling charges by our vendors over the last three years, we have had to raise our minimum
shipping charge per order to $10.00.
MY DOGGY DEER STRIPS PRICE CHANGE – We have had to increase our pricing for our
deer strips and the NEW PRICE for this is: $7.60/bag.
A Tip That Never Goes Out of Style: “Best Practices” When Ordering – To make your
ordering experience as easy as possible, please note that if you want to remove an item
from your shopping cart, please be sure to hit the remove button next to whatever item in
the cart that you would like to take out. Then either check-out or continue shopping.
