FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS &…ANSWERS (!!) – We are slowly but surely working to get our
website design into the 21st century (thank you for your patience!) and toward this end, here is
our first FAQ section which we hope you will find helpful:
Do Customers In New York State Have to Pay Sales Tax?
Yes, in compliance with all relevant regulations and rules issued by the New York State tax
authority, we have been required to charge customers in New York State sales tax on all purchases
they make from My Pet Enterprises, Inc.
Are Your Peanut Butter Treats Safe?
Yes. We contacted our vendor on the brand we use and they sent us an assurance letter from the
manufacturer that the peanut butter that is used is safe and had not been part of any of the recalls
that took place a year or so ago.
How Long Should I Expect It To Take To Receive My Order From The Time I Place It?
We currently have a 2 week lead time from the time the order is placed until it will ship out.
We are working to improve this turnaround time and we greatly appreciate your patience and
understanding as we do this.
Is There A Minimum Shipping Charge?
Yes. The minimum shipping charge is $10.00. Depending on distance from our facility and size
of the order, the charge may go up from that amount.
I sometimes have problems with the order form or get a call from My Pet Enterprises, Inc.’s
customer service department with follow up questions about the order I placed. Is there any thing
I can do to help this process along?
We are currently in the process of modifying our order form to make it more user friendly. In
the meantime, to help us process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, we would
appreciate you keeping the following in mind: Please enter in all of your contact information every
time you order (please note, this information is strictly confidential and we would never release,
sell or otherwise share this with a third party, etc.). Also, if you want to remove an item from your
shopping cart, please be sure to hit the remove button next to whatever item in the cart that you would
like to take out. Then, either checkout or continue shopping. Please modify your order completely
before you checkout.
